The property can accommodate a maximum of two (2) guests.Check-in after 1:00 p.m., check-out by 10:00 a.m.We ask guests to turn off the lights and air conditioning upon check-out, leave the apartment keys on the table, and then close the door.
The nightly rate is € 115,00 except on Fridays and Saturdays, when it is € 125,00.
The property is open from early March to mid-November.
Given the property's location in a central and very narrow street (carugio), and to ensure a harmonious relationship with local residents, guests are kindly asked to avoid activities that might disturb the neighborhood during nighttime hours (from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am). Hosting or holding events is not permitted.
Smoking is not allowed inside the studio apartment (including the use of e-cigarettes).
Pets are not allowed.
A tourist tax of € 3,00 per person applies. It is charged for the first three nights of the stay. Children under the age of 11 are exempt. The tax must be paid in cash, as it is not revenue for the establishment but is remitted to the Municipality of Vernazza Treasury to be used for local area maintenance (more information).
Booking conditions
Reservations are valid only and exclusively if, once availability has been established, they are guaranteed by sending a valid credit card number via email (callo.benedetta@icloud.com) or WhatsApp (+39 336 746 017), or by paying a deposit for one night, and finally confirmed by Caterina Studio.
Cancellations
Cancellations, whether total or partial, must be communicated via email (callo.benedetta@icloud.com) or via WhatsApp (+39 336 746 017) no later than 7 days before the arrival date.
In order to ensure hospitality for each customer without penalizing the facility, we must ask everyone to fully respect our booking and cancellation conditions; in the event of cancellation after the aforementioned deadlines, the following penalties will be charged:
1) Late total or partial cancellations (6 to 2 days in advance): the cost of one (1) night.
2) Last-minute cancellation (from 24 hours before the arrival date) or no-show: the full amount of the stay.
3) In the event of a request to reduce the stay made in the 6 days prior to arrival or in the event of early departure, the cost of the entire stay originally booked will be charged.
Cancellations, whether total or partial, are effective only if confirmed by Caterina Studio in writing; via WhatsApp or via email.
Privacy
The personal information requested will be processed in accordance with the Italian privacy law (Law 675/96), and is necessary for Caterina Studio to manage the booking request. Personal data will be processed with the utmost confidentiality and will not be transferred or disclosed to third parties.
